quick update
Good news! NMH did not have a horrible, life-threatening infection in his thumb. He just got the new-improved mutation of the annoying puke-virus that won't leave my house the expletive alone! We think. Given that he spent his 6 hours at the ER retching... I am not so sure. Especially since they put him on an antibiotic. But he seems to be improving.
First Born wallowed in a bit of self-pity last night. He was afraid he'd have to give up his friendship with Bad News Bear, since First Born is at a new school. I told him that he did not have to stop being friends with Bad News Bear, which cheered him greatly. I would have liked to tell him to stop being friends w/ Bad News Bear....
And Miss N, Ward of the State, is in my lap looking for hugs and snuggles. The last time she did that was the beginning of the vile vomiting series. Very tired of vomiting vileness in my house....
