utterly deranged
Before I rush off to the theatre for closing weekend, I figured I should let you all know that opening weekend went well. Lani is still charmed and giggly over CrushBoy (good thing I don't get jealous, eh?) and took over the post-show texting duties for me.
Sandy and CrushBoy had a little debate over the planned rendezvous at his place this weekend. He forsees tons of work, didn't want her to feel neglected, blah blah blah. She thought (and I agreed) that he was being an idiot man. Many phone calls and e-mail conversations in two short days getting the whole thing worked out. End result--Sandy is still to visit CrushBoy and after the show, Lani, myself and NMH are going to Haven to drink and party and swim. We are insane.
Now I must gather all the things needed for the show, procurement of directors gifts, returns, liquor store purchases, dinner, parental visits for the sake of babysitting Screaming Harlot and her brother.... Gah! Clearly, I have no sense. But I make up for it by having *far* more fun!!
