gone googling
So, on a whim, I googled my nickname. And, lo and behold, I discovered that I am a Pokemon critter. Or they at least share my nickname. quite bizzarre.
I am going to NYC this coming weekend to hang w/ Sandy and quite probably talk (too much) about CrushBoy. We will also repair to the Zombie Hut (my favorite bar--EVER!) for many scorpion bowls of frozen libations and much roasting of mini marshmallows. I'll be taking her a schoolgirl skirt and assorted items from Target. I have a feeling that I will be babbling by the end of the first bowl, and drunk-dialing halfway through the second. CrushBoy has been warned.
Three quarters of my family has a cold. Alas, I'm in the majority, as is NMH. Son has ducked it, for now. Screaming Harlot is currently a snotheaded princess. But I'm reading books with ...ahem...action... scenes, so that's making it better. NMH is re-reading the Harry Potter books. He's been acting very Peg-like all week in his reading. Quite amusing, actually.
OK, off to read more ...action... scenes!
