this is me thinking out loud (metaphorically). Fair warning.
a female friend posted this long bit of quoting from the guy who runs DoubleYourDates. The section that struck me:
"For women, friendships and romantic
relationships are two separate things. They are NOT the same. One can lead to another, but it's RARE when it
happens.... "Romantic" relationships are very different from "friend" relationships. While most men would sleep with most of their female "friends" if the woman "came on" to them, most women would NOT sleep with most men that they consider "just friends"."
And I started thinking about all my guy friends...and how I select these guys to be my friends. My conclusion: I must pick friends like a guy.
Wonder what sort of shallow, sex-fiend, uber-tease this makes me?? Maaaan... I was trying so hard not to over-think tonight, too!!
